The room was excellent, single room with a double bed, warm, clean & very pleasant. Ideal location for the City.
Only the cable TV some channels were unwatchable, no tea or coffee. (But I bought milk and tea bags as there is a fridge. Unfortunately the fridge was not stocked

I had real good stay, the place is well priced!
The place was clean, great-sized and cheap rooms. Everything was perfectly fine, though a few employees were bad. The location was best possible and easy, just a pleasant stroll away from Plovdiv Old Town National Reserve. The bar was nice with best and competent staff. I really enjoyed staying here, no complaint.

Budget hotel. Location is good right in the centre of the pedestrian area of town. This is currently a two star hotel quite run down but good value for the money if you are happy with that standard.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city, just steps away from all the main attractions. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. We were impressed by the size and cleanliness of the beautiful room. Despite some outdated furnishings, it had a cozy atmosphere. Plus, the hotel is situated on a famous walking street, making it convenient to explore the city on foot.

Location very central
Shabby delapidated and dated hotel with need to improve on service standards and basically tired. The hotel is not a Best Western any more as it has seemingly lost its' license to the franchise rights.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to all attractions, and we particularly enjoyed being close to Youth Hill, which was only one mile away.

This hotel in the city center on the pedestrian street offers great value for money. The rooms, with 2 separate beds and internet, are comfortable and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are provided, making for a pleasant stay.
